Summer break is going to be very busy. I am going to take swimming lessons, gymnastics and soccer!

I’m very exited to sleep in! This summer my family and I are going to make strawberry jam.

This summer I am planning to have a water balloon fight with my friends.

The name of my class is called the Crew. The Crew cheers me up when I am sad. My learning partner is Grady. My class is important to me because they help me when I need it. I am thankful for being a part of this class.

The class and I did this thing called Africa Bridge reading challenge. Its where you read one whole  month  and find sponsors to give money to donate for Africa. A man named Okaidja came to my school and taught us how to do African drumming, dancing and singing. My favorite part was the drumming.  He also told us stories about Africa. For example, he told us 2 stories of Anoncie. Anoncie was made up in Ghana. In Ghana Anoncie is a person. I liked the story because Okaidja is a good story teller and I just liked the story.
